The event was thoughtfully planned and designed by Emily Ventura Designs, who seamlessly brought together an exceptional team of vendors from across the country. Despite traveling from out of state, each creative partner worked in harmony to honor both the natural beauty of Kualoa Ranch and the emotional significance of the day. The celebration was beautifully captured by Still & Story Films alongside Erica Aileen Photography, preserving both the sweeping cinematic landscapes and the intimate, heartfelt moments shared between the couple and their loved ones.

Florals by Anne Grey Flowers played an integral role in the overall design, echoing the lush island environment while elevating the ceremony and reception spaces. Bouquets and centerpieces incorporated blooms sourced throughout the islands, adding vibrant color, texture, and movement to every detail while remaining deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.

Throughout the celebration, the couple expressed their gratitude in meaningful, personal ways — including handwritten notes left for each of their guests. This simple yet heartfelt gesture reflected the warmth and intention woven throughout the entire day.
